Humulus Lupulus: Hops
Hops is famous for the main ingredient in making beer, but you can also cook with the rest of plant too.
Hops Bruschetta
Crush 1 clove garlic into a paste, mix with a pinch of salt, 1 tomato, half a sliced red onion, olive oil, hops flowers and black pepper. Spread on the toast and serve.
