Rumex Acetosella: Sheep's Sorrel
Lemon, tangy flavour used for garnish and flavouring
Chicken with Sorrel Sauce
Fry chicken pieces in pan, allow to cook until browned.
Add small amount of onion, white wine and shredded sorrel, leave to cook for 10 minutes.
Add enough cream to half cover chicken, and cook on a high heat.
After about 10 minutes of cooking, serve.
